Payment Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Spaveda. By making a purchase or booking on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions related to payments processed by our payment gateway.

1.⁠ ⁠Payment Methods
We accept payments via Fiuu using the following:

  • Online banking (FPX)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • E-wallets (Touch ‘n Go, Boost, GrabPay and others as supported by Fiuu)

We accept payments on Stripe for transactions from countries not supported by Fiuu. Please use this link to go to Stripe Payment page.

2.⁠ ⁠Currency
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

3.⁠ ⁠Booking Confirmation
Your booking or product order is only confirmed once full payment is received and you receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

4.⁠ ⁠Secure Payment
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Spaveda does not store or have access to your full payment details.

5.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy

  • Refunds for spa services or products are not applicable unless due to an error on our part (e.g., double charge or unavailable product/service).
  • For training, workshop, or event cancellations, refunds (if any) will be stated clearly on the respective registration page.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 working days.

6.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy
Consultancy appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the payment.

7.⁠ ⁠Receipts & Invoices
A digital receipt will be issued via email after payment. For official tax invoices or business-related payments, kindly email us with your company details.
